Join the CEO and City Schools team to learn about the district's latest efforts to improve language access and the services it provides to multilingual families, including current supports!

The Fund for Educational Excellence surprises City Schools principals with Heart of the School awards

Five Baltimore City Public Schools principals are being honored for their inspiring work, as they are surprised with the "Heart of the Schools Award" by The Fund for Educational Excellence. This years recipients are:
- Mount Royal Elementary/Middle School Principal Stephen Skeen
- Reach! Partnership School Principal Dr. James Gresham
- Moravia Park Elementary Principal Caitlyn Brady-Brooks
- Forest Park High School Principal Ninia Mouzone
- Northwood Elementary School Principal Erita Adams.

Each day, literacy coaches across Baltimore City Schools support teachers to improve student reading and writing. Baltimore Student Film Festival Expands, Inspiring Young Filmmakers

Baltimore City Public Schools is expanding its student film festival to middle schoolers, encouraging creativity and providing a pathway to high school media programs. Students at Baltimore Design School honed storytelling and animation skills through stop-motion projects, showcasing teamwork and artistic growth.
